Welcome to Velvet Manes ♡ My name is Marissa Johnson, and I’m the owner (and stylist!) behind the chair. I specialize in transformative color, high impact blonding, and extensions, creating effortlessly beautiful hair that still feels like you... To me, hair is never just hair. It’s confidence, identity, self expression, and sometimes a much-needed reset after life has been… life-ing! That’s why I care so much about making every appointment feel comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. My goal is for you to feel at home in my chair. No awkward silence pressure, no guessing games. Just good conversation, a relaxed vibe, and a stylist who listens to what you want. Whether you’re here for a cool blonde, dimensional color, extensions, or a full transformation, I’ll always meet you where you are and help you get to your dream hair in a way that feels wearable and true to you. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. In order to respect both my time and the time of other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total. • Clients who no show without communication may be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to place a deposit before booking future appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable and will go toward your appointment total. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling depending on the service booked and timing availability. I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I always appreciate communication as soon as possible.
